Salt Lake Community College (SLCC) serves the most diverse student body in Utah which reflects our state's changing demographics. Over 53% of our students are the first in their family to attend college and 81% juggle the demands of school and work.

Many of our students have long-term academic and career goals and a two-year degree is only the beginning. Of those who earn an associate degree, 68% intend to transfer to a four-year school.

As an open access college, SLCC helps ensure that everyone in the Salt Lake Valley has access to a better future through education. Tuition costs are more affordable at every course level and we help our students navigate financial aid, scholarships, and academic advising.
